Who doesn’t love pork belly aka liempo (lee-yem-po)?!
Our Five-Spice Pork Belly sliders is definitely one of our favorites to have on a lunch break! Our pork belly is dry rubbed with our own blend of spices over night and then braised with vegetables for 5 hours. *DROOL* We crisp them up on the griddle and toss in our 5-spice sauce at the end. Put that and some Atchara Picked Carrots in between our pan de sal and you’ve got yourself a piece of Heaven! We even make our pan de sal here at the shop from scratch! 🙂
